Environment & Climate Change Management

The Environmental Management Programme focuses on safeguarding, conserving, and rehabilitating nature from potentially damaging operations and/or activities. It involves putting in place strategies to conserve resources such as energy or water and to reduce negative impacts on the environment by human/natural activities. The programme in collaboration with likeminded organisations, government and international institutions focus on development of legislation to protect the environment from unsustainable exploitation and ensure equitable benefit sharing with indigenous communities.
