Vision for Adapted Crops and Soils (VACS) Capacity Workshop - Breeding opportunity Crops for Cropping Systems - Knowledge, Collaboration and Co-creation
CTDO is excited to have shared its insights on enhancing co-creation, knowledge sharing, and impactful collaboration between farmers and researchers at the VACS capacity workshop, organised by CIMMYT and partners as a pre-conference event to the African Plant Breeders Association conference being held in Victoria Falls from 5-9 October 2025. The program is developing a network of African agricultural professionals through fellowships, participatory research, and global partnerships to address climate change and malnutrition challenges. We are committed to support the young scientific fellows and professionals enhance their work on breeding for Opportunity Crops for Cropping Systems across the over 13 participating African countries.
